Someone said surprise me! So we found a piece of meranti in the wood store and came up with this.

Now this was different. The customer asked friends to send photos of their messages on plain paper and we got to work! All done over Whatsapp. The image shows the product pre treatment of mineral oil and board butter. (All food safe)

Our standard board was ordered right back when we started. Used daily this solid oak board has stood up to the test of time.
Quality Control
Sometimes things go wrong. This customers board started to split into the final treatment stages. It happens and when it does we are able to recycle the majority of the timber and give a little "value-added". In this instance, we salvaged the carved pieces and included them in the box!
